Late Bloomer

  1. I can never remember the differences between all the yucca's and their common names...Torrey yucca, spanish dagger, soap yucca, blue beaked yucca...I need to learn their proper names.

    Here in central Texas we have a potted plant that looks similar to the Leucaena you had posted about previously. Exept ours has orange and yellow flowers and little hair like thorns along the branches (Smaller than 'cat-claw'), but has leaves that look like a cross between a Mimosa and a Mesquite. We will probably come down for T-giving and if y'all would like we can bring you some of those seeds. This plant survived through the bad freeze two winters ago, so it must be fairly cold hardy. (It got down to 12 F one night)
